My name is Britt, and I come to you from Fluent Brittish. You may remember me from Isabel’s very first guest post of all time in which I showed you my boobies (I don’t show them to just anyone, you know).

Since Isabel is heading to Utah to see her family, she asked me to post today and tell you about my new blog, but first…. a list.

Britt’s Top 5 Obsessions (in no particular order):

1. The Internet - including (but not limited to) on-line shopping, e-mail, iTunes, YouTube, and blogs.
2. Lost - Matthew Fox. ‘Nuff said.
3. Books - Super-Duper Blogger Book Exchange.
4. Food - I eat to live and live to eat.
5. Thrift Shopping - other people’s junk makes me happy.

A few week ago, I decided to combine Obsession #1 and Obsession #5 and that’s where my new blog comes from. I love browsing second-hand stores, yard sales, and clearance racks to find unique things for my home, so Thrifty & Nifty is my special place for showing my fun finds.
