In which I show you what’s inside the packages
April 3rd, 2008 @ 7:01 am

One of my (pregnant) BFF’s birthday is just around the corner.

Tonight I’m going to a baby shower for a lady from church.

Check out what’s inside the packages after the jump.

Every baby girl needs some little pink capris, soft booties, and a Dirty Dancing onesie. I mean, am I right or am I right?

And my pregnant friend, well, she’s a huge fan of the UFC.

(In case you don’t know, UFC stands for Ultimate Fighting Championship. Something I didn’t know about until she admitted how much she freakin’ loves it. Apparently the UFC is a pretty big deal all over America. To each his own.)

My friend’s favorite wrestler fighter is some dude named Georges St. Pierre. I don’t know anything about him, but I’m pretty sure she’s going to love this pink maternity shirt professing her undying love to Mr. St. Pierre. (And her baby boy will look super tough wearing a onesie with Georges St. Peirre rocking his “I’m gonna knock you out” pose.)

Thanks for all the hair advice yesterday. You all went above and beyond the call of duty the interweb.

The jury is still out on what I’m going to do with my craptastic hair.

I kind of want to make iron on onesies for my friend Amy’s almost new baby (he’s not here yet).

I’ll have to think of something fun from our hometown to do!

You are so dang good at the iron~ons! I’m hoping when I have kids you make them some awesome Hanson ones. Because I still heart Hanson.

Be sure to write on the card, “No one puts Baby in the corner.”

What wonderful ideas. I am a 62 year old grandmother who loves MMA, The UFC and GSP. I think you are the greatest!

Awesome. I have to say, I’ve seen UFC, and I like it. I don’t know why. I’ll have to discuss it with my therapist.

As for the onesies/maternity shirt: (again) awesome.

    I need a thesauras.

Oh my gosh, OPH’s iron-on wedding dress idea is so great! How awesome would that be? I bet you could make some kickass bachelorette party shirts, at the very least.
