In which my child solicits help from the interwebMarch 19th, 2008 @ 7:01 am
Today is March 19th. It’s a Wednesday.
When I look out my office window (or rather the window of someone who makes more money then I do and thus deserves an office while I have a cubicle) there is no sunshine. Today I slept in a few extra minutes since I was out late partying at the “Mamma Mia!” premier with DaringYoungMom and EveGood.
Tonight Babboo and I’ll be eating a pre-made dinner straight from my new crock pot. The King, as per usual, will be working over at the new house. Our schedule is in over-drive in order to make our end-of-April/Beginning-of-May move in date.
Today is also The King’s birthday.

————————-
And since it’s Wednesday, you might want to check out my latest post over at SeattleMomBlogs, in which I talk about my friends behind their backs and maternity leave.
Oh, and here’s a suggestion; when asking a random passerby to take a picture of you and fellow bloggers right after you get done rocking out at “Mamma Mia”, make sure your flash is turned on or you will end up with a horrible picture that you will be forced to post for all of the interweb to view.
I’m just saying.

Seriously, go and see “Mamma Mia” at the Seattle Paramount theater. I mean it. The show is awesome. The music is toe tapping. And the guys are hott.
But your tickets today.

Happy birthday, King!
Ugh, I hate when strangers take crappy pictures and then you’re stuck with something blurry. If it’s any consolation, Isabel, you look almost as good blurry as you do in focus.

Random fact of the week: a girl I went to high school with is in Mama Mia on Broadway. Or, she was. I’m not sure what part she is since I’ve never seen the show!

I haven’t seen Mama Mia, but I have heard it is good!

Happy birthday, The King!
One time we asked a guy on the street to take a picture of me, my husband, and my mom on my birthday and when he handed the camera back to us, it was a picture of just my husband’s shoe. Classic.

Happy Birthday King and Father of Babboo!
And all hail the Swedes! I am so proud that “my people” produced H&M, Ikea AND ABBA.

Happy Birthday to the King!
Next is little Babboo’s birthday! Dude, do you know what that means?! I’ve been reading your blog for over 2 years. We have been blogging friends for longer than some of my non~blogging friends! That’s so awesome!

Happy Birthday King!
(Is it completely inappropriate to mention here that I only half-loved Mamma Mia? Catchy songs, lovely voices, cheese-tastic plot… sorry!)

YAY King! Happiest of birthdays to you! Cuddles to your cutie for me (Babboo…not the King, although he’s cute, but you know what I mean).

I’m way late to comment on this, but happy birthday to the King! Weird–his birthday is the day after mine!
