I totally understand about your husband wanting to keep it private. I’m not a private person but I am finding that many of the questions I am getting are offending my sense of what’s going on with my body. When did you conceive, is it a boy or a girl, are you going to breastfeed, let me feel your belly, are you going back to work full time, are you going to get him circumcised, what are you going to name him, etc. etc. etc. It really is amazing (and annoying). And you’re right, it’s so hard to answer the questions if you want to keep it a secret, and I’m such a wimp I just end up spilling the beans.
